Return Instructions:
Simply contact us at gday@rockycaytowels.com to request a prepaid return label. We will then send the label as an email attachment and return instructions.
Once the towels are received back at our warehouse in Florida, your order will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.
If there are any manufacturing defects in any of our products, have been wrongly described, are different from our website images, or do not do what they are supposed to, then you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
