We offer free standard shipping Australia wide with Australia Post on orders over $80.

Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day (Business Days) from our warehouse in Sydney. All other orders ship the following business day.

We are very certain that you'll love your new Rockycay towels, but if for any reason you don't, any items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We pay for your return shipping.

Any additional shipping charges such as Standard Post, Express Post or Courier are non-refundable. 

All our towels have a lifetime warranty on any manufacturing defects. 

Return Instructions:

Simply contact us at towels@rockycay.com.au to request a prepaid Australia Post return label. We will then send the label as an email attachment and return instructions.

Once the towels are received back at our warehouse, your order will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.
