SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida with UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx.

Orders placed on business days before 12pm EDT are shipped the same day.

Other orders are shipped the next business day.

A tracking number will be provided with the carrier's estimated delivery date.

USA Timelines & Prices

Standard Delivery 2-5 business days:

FREE on orders of $39 and above.  
(Or $9 on orders under $39)

Includes Hawaii and Alaska.

Express Delivery 2 business days: 

$12

Other US Territories 5-10 business days:

$26

Worldwide Shipping

Expedited Delivery 10-15 business days:

FREE on orders of $100 and above.  
(Or $30 on orders under $100)

We use UPS, DHL and FedEx. Tracking details will be provided with your order.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties.

Returns & Refunds Instructions

We are very certain that you'll love your new Rockycay towels, but if for any reason you don't, any items (unused and unwashed) may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Return Instructions:

1. Contact us at gday@rockycaytowels.com with your order details.

2. We will respond back within a business day with exchange / return instructions.

3. Once your items are received back at our warehouse we will automatically process the refund back to your original form of payment.  

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect in our product.
