Returns & Refunds Instructions
We are unable to accept "Change of Mind" refunds or exchanges. Please contact us at towels@rockycay.com.au
if you need any additional info on the appearance, size, weight, texture, color of your product before you place your order. Our towels are unique and different than standard cotton towels.
If there is a manufacturing defect with the product, it may be refunded or exchanged within 1 year of purchase.
Return Instructions:

2. We will respond back within a business day with exchange / return instructions.
3. Once your items are received back at our warehouse we will automatically process the refund back to your original form of payment.
